Follow these steps to group your exhibitors into different levels of sponsorship depending on their involvement with your event.

1 Open Exhibitor Management from Cvent. Begin by selecting your Flex event. Hover over Website & Registration and, under Onsite, click Exhibitor Management.

Or, open Exhibitor Management from Onsite Solutions Standalone.
Go to Onsite Solutions and log in to your account. Click the name of your event. Then, from the left-hand navigation, click Exhibitors.

2 Create a sponsorship level. The Exhibitors tab opens by default. Click the tab to the right, Exhibitor Settings.

In the Event Sponsorship Levels section, click Create sponsorship level. Give the sponsorship level a name, then click Create.

Repeat these steps for each sponsorship level you want to add. If desired, drag and drop the User-added image to reorder the sponsorship levels.

3 Open an existing exhibitor's profile. From the navigation menu at the top, click Exhibitors, then click on an exhibitor's name. Click Options in the top-right, then Edit Exhibitor.

Or, add a new exhibitor. Follow these steps to add a new exhibitor to your event.

Or, import a list of exhibitors. Follow these steps to import exhibitors to your event.

4 Assign a sponsorship level individually. In the Event Sponsor section, check the box next to Event sponsor, then select a sponsorship level from the dropdown.

If you want this exhibitor to appear as a featured sponsor in their profile and for promotion in other products, toggle "Featured" to green in the Exhibitor Statuses section.

When you're done, click Save.

Or, assign a sponsorship level through an import. If you're importing a list of exhibitors, enter "Yes" in the Event Sponsor column, then enter the name of the sponsorship level in the Sponsor Level column of your import file.

If you want this exhibitor to appear as a featured sponsor, enter "Yes" in the Featured column of your import file.

Then proceed with the import.

NOTE: Once an exhibitor is assigned a sponsorship level, they can no longer be removed from the event.
