Exhibitor Management allows you to keep track of the exhibitors coming to your event and all the logistics needed to support them.
 


Add exhibitors and assign Exhibitor Admins. Once you've added exhibitors to your event, they'll
have access to the Exhibitor Portal, which is the central location where Exhibitor Admins can manage all things related to your events, such as their tasks, LeadCapture licenses, and booth staff registration.


Set up booth staff registration.
Simplify the booth staff registration process by assigning clear allotments to each exhibitor without using complex systems of discounts or vouchers. Exhibitors can view their booth staff allotment and register staff on their own in the Exhibitor Portal, or provide staff with their own self-sign-up link.


Add sponsored sessions.
Generate more revenue by allowing exhibitors to sponsor sessions within your event. Assign sessions to exhibitors, who can then download leads from those sessions based on which attendees were checked in.




 


Assign tasks.
Keep exhibitors on track by assigning them tasks to complete prior to, during, and after the event. Have common tasks created by default, like uploading company descriptions or assigning booth staff, or add in additional custom tasks as needed.


Configure and schedule exhibitor appointments.
Enable meetings between the right attendees and vendors, allowing exhibitors to receive high-quality leads, and attendees to connect with those best positioned to help them. Attendees can request appointments directly with exhibitors, and Exhibitor Admins manage their staff's calendars in the Exhibitor Portal.



Send exhibitor emails. U
sing exhibitor emails, you can easily create branded emails to communicate with exhibitors before, during, and after the event. Then, run a report to see who has received and opened your emails.


Use LeadCapture onsite.
LeadCapture allows your exhibitors to easily capture, qualify, take notes on, and rate leads that they interact with at your event. With this information, exhibitors can easily prioritize leads and pass them to their sales teams for quicker and more effective follow-up.
