Prior to launching your Flex event, you'll want to test your event in its entirety, including the feedback survey. Follow the steps below to test a Premium feedback survey.
 
1 Allow responses prior to the event's start date. Hover over Website & Registration and, under Surveys, click Feedback Surveys. Click Open Survey Designer.

Ensure your general event surveys' availability is set to "before the event starts."

NOTE: You cannot test a survey before it's open. Ensure this is taken into account when setting dates. For example, if you're testing three months prior to the start date, make sure it's set to at least 90 days before.

Click Apply, then Publish to ensure the changes are available to your registrants.

2 Activate the Event Feedback Email. Hover Promotion & Communication and, under Email, click Event Emails. In the Post-Event Emails section, toggle Active to green to the right of Event Feedback.

3 Register your tester for the event. First you'll need to register the tester. This includes selecting sessions during registration if you also need to test your session feedback surveys.
 
4 Test the survey using testing scenarios. Click the Overview tab in the navigation bar. Then click Preform Test. Test the event yourself, and make sure to select "Feedback Survey." You'll then be able to select the test registrant you already created.
