Attendee Hub is Here
With Attendee Hub, you can create a completely customized virtual experience for your event. You'll have access to add an Attendee Website and Event App to any Flex event and all your sessions, speakers, exhibitors, and attendees will automatically integrate. In addition to accessing key event information through their browser or mobile device, attendees will be able to view live stream, simulive, and video-on-demand sessions, visit virtual exhibitor booths, and interact with sponsors, exhibitors, and each other.

Find It
To add an Attendee Website and Event App while creating your Flex event, enable the "Attendee Website and App" feature within the Event Creation Wizard.

 
Enable Attendee Website and App
 
If you've already created your Flex event, just hover over Event Details and, under General, click Event Configuration. Click Edit. Scroll down to the Attendee Hub section and check the box next to "Attendee Website and App," then click Save.
 
Under the Promotion & Communication tab, a new Attendee Hub section will now be visible within your event.

Try It
Add an accompanying Attendee Website and Event App to your Flex event, making sure to customize all the design and content elements. Follow our Attendee Hub Checklist for a high-level overview of all the steps you should take. Once your website and app are ready for your attendees to see, publish them.

What's New
  • Website and App Builder - Manage your Attendee Website and Event App's design, layout, and content from a new and easy-to-use builder, all within Cvent.
  • Content Integrated with Flex - Say goodbye to complicated integrations and duplicated efforts. The event, session, speaker, exhibitor, and attendee information you've added into your Flex event will automatically pull into your Attendee Website and Event App.
  • Live Stream, Simulive, and On-Demand Videos - From session pages on the Attendee Website, attendees can watch live streams, view pre-recorded content you've scheduled to start at a specific time, or access on-demand videos whenever it's convenient.
  • Collaborative Sessions - Accessible from the Attendee Website, this type of virtual session allows multiple attendees to speak and participate.
  • Virtual Exhibitor Booths - Allow attendees to virtually connect and meet with exhibitors from the Attendee Website.
  • Event Spaces - Create account-wide "spaces" that allow you to group similar events hosted by your organization together within the Cvent Events app.
  • Customized Event App Home Page - Take full control over how your content appears within the Event App. You can create a different home page experience for attendees before, during, and after the event to highlight the content they'll need most at each stage of your event.
  • More App Design Options - Configure all your Event App pages to appear exactly as you'd like them to.
  • Live Preview - See a real-time preview of how your Event App looks on different iOS and Android devices directly within the Website and App Builder.
  • Batched Updates - After publishing your Attendee Website and Event App, you can make changes as needed. However, the updates won't push to the website or app until you publish them. This allows all your changes to appear at one time instead of individually as you make them, providing a seamless experience for attendees.
