Follow these steps to add content to an exhibitor's profile to help attendees learn more about their organization, or have the exhibitor do the work for you.

Adding Content for Your Exhibitors

1 Access Exhibitor Management. Begin by selecting your Flex event. From the left-hand navigation, click Exhibitors, then Exhibitor Management.

2 Access Exhibitor Content. Click the name of the exhibitor you want to add content to. The Overview tab opens by default. Click the tab to the right, Content. Then click Add content.

Add Content
From the dropdown menu that appears, you'll choose if you want to add documents, create links, or upload videos.
NOTE: Make sure to consider your desired layout before getting started. Within your virtual booth on the Attendee Website, content will appear in the Files, Links, or Videos sections in reverse upload order, with the most recent upload appearing first.

3 Add documents. To add a document, click Add documents. Files must be less than 20MB and in one of these formats: .doc, .docx, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .png, .ppt, .pptx, .txt, .xls, .xlsx.

Click Upload files, then click Drop files or browse. Search for the file on your computer, then double-click to select it. Click Upload. Change the display text, if desired.

Upload Files

Repeat these steps to add more documents.
NOTE: Up to 50 documents can be added to an exhibitor's profile.

When you're done, click Save. Registrants can now view and download the documents from the exhibitor's profile on the Attendee Website and Event App.

Or, create links. To create a link, click Create links. Enter the website URL, then add display text.

Add Link

To add more links, click Add link, then repeat these steps.
NOTE: Up to 50 links can be added to an exhibitor's profile.

When you're done, click Save. Registrants can now access the links from the exhibitor's profile on the Attendee Website and Event App.

Or, upload videos. To upload a video, click Upload videos. Videos must be less than 5GB and in .mov or .mp4 format.

Click Upload file, search for the video file on your computer, then double-click to select it. Enter a title for your video.

Upload a custom thumbnail, if desired. Otherwise, the middle frame from the video will be used as the thumbnail image by default. Custom thumbnails should be 640 x 360 pixels and smaller than 2MB.

If the video should appear at the top of the exhibitor's profile within Attendee Hub, toggle "Featured Video" to green.

Exhibitor Video Details

When you're done, click Upload. You'll see a loading status indicator before being automatically redirected to the Content tab. A "Processing video..." message will appear above your video.

The processing time will depend on the length of the video, though you can safely navigate away from this page in the meantime.

Processing Video

When the video is ready, the "Processing video..." message will no longer appear. Registrants can now watch the video from the exhibitor's profile on the Attendee Website.

Repeat these steps to add more videos.
NOTE: Up to 25 videos can be added to an exhibitor's profile.

Allowing Exhibitors to Add Their Own Content

1 Access Exhibitor Management. Begin by selecting your Flex event.
From the left-hand navigation, click Exhibitors, then Exhibitor Management.

2 Allow exhibitors to manage their profiles. The Exhibitors tab opens by default. Click the tab to the right, Exhibitor Settings.

In the Exhibitor Profile Settings section, toggle "Allow exhibitors to manage their profile" and "Allow exhibitors to manage Exhibitor Content" to green.

Now, an exhibitor can add their content through the Exhibitor Portal. Registrants can view and download the documents and access the links from the exhibitor's profile on the Attendee Website and Event App. Videos will be accessible from the exhibitor's profile on the Attendee Website only.
