After setting up Registration Approval, locating invitees awaiting your decision and accepting or rejecting them is as easy as a few clicks of the mouse.
 
NOTE: These instructions are for the New Experience. If you haven't already, click Switch Now in the top of your account to follow the steps below. If you're using the Classic Experience, reference this article instead.

1 Access the Invitee Information page. Begin by selecting your event. From the left-hand navigation, click Attendees, then Attendee List.

Select Pending Approval from the Status dropdown.

2 Approve or deny the registration. If you've enabled guest registration, consider clicking a name and looking at the Guests tab before making your decision. Approving an invitee approves their guests as well.

Approve an invitee by checking the box next to their name, hovering over Change Status To, and selecting Approve.

Enter any internal notes for your reference, leave Yes selected to send the Registration Confirmation email, and click Confirm.

Upon approval, an invitee is registered, their credit card is charged, and their agenda is applied towards any related capacities.


To reject an invitee, check the box next to their name, hover over Change Status To, and select Deny.

Enter any internal notes for your reference, leave Yes selected to send the Approval Denied notification, and click Confirm.

Upon denial, an invitee will be directed to the Denied Approval page if they attempt to log in again. They will not be able to re-register for the event.
