Group registration allows multiple invitees to register under the same transaction while allowing each individual to be their own registrant.
 
NOTE: These instructions are for Flex events in the New Experience. If you haven't already, click Switch Now in the top of your account to follow the steps below. If you're creating a Flex event in the Classic Experience, reference this article instead.

Access the Registration Summary page. Begin by selecting your Flex event. From the left-hand navigation, click Registration, then Registration Process. To the right of Registration Summary, click Customize.
  
NOTE: If you're already in the Site Designer, select Registration Summary from the Registration Page dropdown in the top-left of the canvas.
 
2 Add group registration. Click the Registration Page dropdown in the top left of the canvas. If you have multiple registration paths enabled, select one from the Registration Paths section dropdown, then click the User-added image to the right. Scroll down to the Group Registration Settings section. Determine if group members should be added for this path, and, if yes, the maximum number of members that can be added (up to 100). If you have multiple registration types, establish if group registration is limited based on type. Click Apply. Repeat this process for each registration path, if necessary.

The "Group Registration" button will display on the "Registration Summ..." widget when added to the canvas.

 
Once you're done, click Save to preserve the draft, or Publish to make it visible to invitees.
 
3 Establish who will receive group emails.
From the left-hand navigation, click Email, then Recipient Settings. If necessary, select a path.

Click Edit. In the Group Settings section, 
use the checkboxes in to determine who receives what emails.

Click Save. If you have multiple registration paths, you'll need to repeat this process for each one.

 
NOTE: Run the Group Registrations report by going to Reports > Reports. Under the "Registrants" report, click Show Report Presets, and click Group Registrations to find out who's showing up with who.
