With session chat, attendees can react to content and engage with each other in real-time on the Attendee Website. As a moderator, you can remove inappropriate comments from the chat in each of your assigned sessions.
 
1 Access the session page. Begin by logging in to the Attendee Website. Locate your session on the schedule and click its name.

2 Open session chat. Click Chat in the toolbar on the right to expand the engagement panel. Click Join chat to view and moderate the conversation.

NOTE: Not seeing (Moderator) at the top of the chat box? Make sure you're in the correct session on the Attendee Website. If it's still not visible, ask the event planner to assign you as a moderator for the session.
 
3 Start moderating messages. As a moderator, you can send your own messages and delete inappropriate ones.

To delete a chat message, hover over the message and click the ellipsis (...). Then click Delete.

NOTE: Need a transcript? The host will need to save the chat before ending every collaborative session. For all other types of virtual sessions using chat, the moderator will need to copy and paste the discussion instead.
