If you oversee a Convention & Visitor Bureau (CVB), fine-tune your Supplier Network profile to deliver the information planners seek and highlight all the features that make your destination a hot spot for events of all sizes. To get started with your CVB profile, click Venues in the top navigation bar, then click the name of your CVB to access its profile. From here, you can manage the following:
 
  • Venue Details - Use this section to add a lavish description of your destination, detailed contact information, need dates and seasonality, as well as key figures about your area such as number of hotels, guest rooms, meeting space, and average rates.
  • Image Gallery - Add as many photos as your diamond listing allows, to show your destination in the best light and reel planners in.
  • Videos - Offer planners a full audiovisual experience of your destination by adding videos to your profile.
  • Local Attractions - Promote your area by highlighting local landmarks, shopping districts, and popular restaurants. We recommend adding between 20 and 25 attractions to help your destination stand out from the crowd.
  • Promotions - Post your discounts and incentives to attract more business opportunities in your area.
  • Lead Catchers  - Designate the people who will be notified about RFPs sent to your CVB to ensure no opportunity goes unnoticed.
  • Documents - Add brochures, city guides, health and safety information, and useful links to ensure planners have all the details they need to make an informed decision.
  • Related Venues - Use this section to outline your CVB's territory, highlight up to three convention centers on your profile, link destination pages, and shortlist venues you frequently work with to help speed up the process of forwarding RFPs to them.
