The Planner Navigator helps you stay engaged with event planners who have sent RFPs to your venue or portfolio, allowing you to easily find their contact details and mark them as a favorite. Follow the steps below to start looking for planners.

NOTE: This is an additional feature. Contact your sales representative to learn more.

1 Access the Planner Navigator. Start by clicking Planner Navigator in the top navigation bar.

NOTE: Can't see this option in your account? Ask your administrator to assign you a user role that gives you full access to Planner Navigator.

On the Planner Navigator page, you can see a list of the top five planners who have sent the highest number of unique RFPs to your venue or portfolio through the Supplier Network, in the last three years.

2 Find planners. In the Search field at the top of the page, you can type in keywords such as the planner name, RFP name, planner account organization, or the RFP organization. In the Start and End Date fields, you can enter the date range when you would like to get group business.

The Activity Status dropdown allows you to search for planners who have sent at least one RFP through the Supplier Network in the last 12 months, planners who have sent at least one RFP in your metro area, or planners who have awarded RFPs to the brand your venue belongs to.

Click Find planners.

You can narrow down the search results by using the filters on the left-hand side as well as at the top of the page.

The filters on the left-hand side are planner-specific, allowing you to narrow down the search results based on the planners' activity across the whole Supplier Network. For example, if you set the market segment filter to Education, the search results will display only those planners who have used the Supplier Network to source RFPs for this specific market segment in the last three years. The planners will display even if they haven't sent any education related RFPs to your venue.

The filters at the top are RFP-specific, allowing you to narrow down your results based on various details of RFPs that were sent your way.

Each planner is displayed in a separate listing where you can view their contact details, market segments, and industry. The listing also displays the number of RFPs sent and awarded to your venue or portfolio as well as the average booking window, peak room nights, and number of attendees for the RFPs they have sent.

If a planner sent any RFPs across the whole Supplier Network in the last 365 days, an Active tag will display to the right of their name. Otherwise, they will show up as inactive.

3 Mark favorite planners. If there are planners you have built a strong business relationship with, you can mark them as favorites by clicking the User-added image icon to the right of their name. They will appear listed under Favorites, on the left-hand side of the Planner Navigator home page. Click View all to quickly access their contact details whenever you are looking for more group business opportunities.
